About Sage Custom Coaching
Sage Custom Coaching was created with the desire to increase happiness and success in my local and global community. My mission is to help my clients succeed, achieve flow, unfold their stressors, reflect, and otherwise gain the support, knowledge, and resources they want.
I began training for and working in peer counseling in 2000. In my years since, I found the ability to connect with others on a deep level and quickly get to the root of problematic forces driving their lives downwards. I honed this skill in my education and work with the goal of providing genuine assistance for those that seek it. Many who seek out coaching are looking for moderate support throughout their daily lives. I help others chase their dreams and revolve themselves away from any past or present negativity. Whatever has brought you to seek a coach, your goal is something we will persist in achieving together! The Sage Method of coaching/support is a customized match to each individual or group's specific needs. We will start with a basic introduction, then engage in a goals and success plan. We will organize your personal dimensions of wellness and explore aspects of your life that require attention, focusing on accountability to the goals you want to achieve! I can lead you to answers for why you're seeking support in the first place, you can provide the pace and direction for your support experience, or we can simply use the time for you to be heard or problem-solve, fulfilling any needs that arise. It's up to you! I practice respect and love as I provide courage, wisdom, and guidance to empowerment. |
